Dr. Ravaei is a highly qualified foot and ankle specialist, and is certified by American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics, one of the two boards certified by the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is currently licensed in four different states. He received his training at Temple University, School of Podiatric Medicine and post-doctoral training in several different institutions across various states. Dr. Ravaei has spent many years combining and refining the techniques and treatments, which he has learned at a number of facilities to provide the optimum treatment for his patients. He has also performed over five thousand surgical procedures.

Dr. Ravaei was appointed Chief of Department of Podiatric Surgery at Saint Joseph Hospital in 2003. During his tenure, he trained many residents and students who are now in successful practice. For two consecutive years, 2004-2005, the students and residents awarded him the title of “Best Teaching Attending”. He enjoys teaching and providing various techniques to healing a number foot and ankle problems.

Dr. Ravaei has also been featured in several news articles and TV Newsmagazines. In these news outlets he has been asked about his innovative techniques and unique approach. Many physicians solely attempt to correct the structural deformity while giving minimal attention to the cosmetic results, leaving patients with unsightly results. Dr. Ravaei, on the other, has encountered many patients with less than desirable results and has attempted to correct such problems. He has a particular interest in corrective and cosmetic foot surgery, and most importantly, understands how important it is for his patients to look good, feel good, and be free of pain.

Dr. Ravaei currently has six locations in southern California, which are in close proximity to major highways and cross sections, as well as easily accessible via public transportation. Some locations are equipped with the latest digital and X-ray machines that expose patients to the least amount of radiation and provide images instantly.
