Brachymetatarsia

A condition which happens mostly in women. In this condition the bone in the fourth toe stops growing in childhood leading to a floppy toe. This deformity usually causes shoe rub of the floppy toe and pain.

Change of shoe, use of splints and surgical treatments. The surgical treatments involve lengthening the metatarsal.
