Long Second Toe:
This deformityis hereditary. In this condition one of the end toe bones, phalanx is extra long and it could lead to painful corn at the end of the toe or painful and ugly corn ontop of the toe.

There are non-surgical treatments for this condition. The surgical correction for this problem involves shortening the toe and mostly leaves little to nor scar.
